Reverse push-ups
Four-height bar
Purpose:
Strengthening the muscles of the back and arms.
Performance:
We hold the low bar with our hands in a way that our legs are outstretched, the support is on our heels trying to come into a parallel relationship with the ground. We bend the arms and elbows and try to bring the chest closer to the bar and then lower it to the starting position.

8 – 10
