Squats with log
Purpose:
Strengthening the muscles of the legs and buttocks.
Performance:
Place the log on the shoulders and palms and hold it during the exercise.
The starting point is upright with feet shoulder-width apart.
From the starting position, the hips are lowered diagonally backward while the torso with neutral spine and pelvis lowers in lean diagonally forward.
Then the body rises in an upright starting position.
Number of repetitions:
8 – 20
