Torso rotation with log
Purpose:
Strengthening oblique abdominal muscles.
Performance:
Lean the log behind the head on the upper back with the feet firmly placed on the ground. From the starting position perform a torso rotation of up to 90 degrees to one side. Let’s return to the starting position from which immediately afterwards perform a rotation in the opposite direction. One turn to the left and one turn to the right makes one repetition.
