Bending with log
Purpose:
Strengthening the lower back, hip muscles, and hamstrings.
Performance:
We place the shape on our shoulders and embrace it with our palms. The starting position is shoulder-width apart, legs outstretched with toes forward. The upper part of the body is lowered into a forward bend along with the slight bending of the knee. The back is in a neutral position throughout the movement. The body descends into the forward bend the most to a horizontal position. Then back to the starting lineup position.
