Squat jumps
Purpose:
Strengthening leg muscles.
Developing explosive leg strength.
Performance:
Upright position with feet shoulder-width apart, arms close to the body. From an upright position, we squat while stretching out his arms in front. From a squat position, do strong reflection in the air using leg strength and arm swing. After the jump, lands back in a squat position.
Number of repetitions:
5 – 15
