Step alternately
Purpose:
Strengthening the muscles of the front and back of the thigh and buttocks.
Performance:
We place our foot on the bench so that the support is on the whole foot and knee at an angle of up to 90 degrees. By pressing feet on the bench we push the body up until the foot is stretched. Let’s return to the starting position and repeat the same with the other foot.
