Forward bend rotation
Purpose:
Stretching and strengthening the muscles of the torso.
Performance:
The starting position is outstretched, arms stretched. We do a bend
and alternately we try to touch the opposite foot with our hands. Make sure your arms are stretched
in the elbow, and legs at the knee.
Execution time:
10 – 20 seconds
