Purpose:
Strengthening leg muscles.
Development of explosive leg strength.
Performance:
We stand in front of an obstacle with feet shoulder-width apart and arms close to the body. We bend our knees slightly and with a foot reflection and with a simultaneous swing of the arms forward, we jump over an obstacle and land on both feet.
